We manage research lab developments for leading pharma organisations, data centres for blue chip technology companies and fitouts for the world’s leading financial services providers.  Our consultants also continue to make an impact in the healthcare sector, recently helping to deliver both Dr Pixley and Chris Hani Baragwanath hospitals. Responding to changing market demands

As consultants, we adopt a hands-on approach to all of our projects, quickly responding to local market demands and keeping our clients’ squarely in focus. For clients in the commercial and retail sector, we have developed a bespoke contracting service with a design and build, turnkey solution that works equally on both a programme and project level.

We have also established our supply chain management service for the Sub-Saharan Africa region, which is integral to the success of our construction projects. Leveraging our collective buying power and using Mace’s established global supply chain allows us to provide effective procurement solutions and tangible benefits to the wider region, stakeholders and clients.

MMQSMace cost consultancy

In response to South African market demand, in 2013 local expert quantity surveyors MMQS and Mace started working together, winning appointments in the infrastructure sector. The MMQSMace partnership in 2016 was a natural progression to formally merge the teams in order to build and exploit synergies, leverage local market knowledge with international hands-on experience, and grow market share.

The expanded MMQSMace team operates across a range of sectors including infrastructure, residential, health, pharma, data centres, financial services and fit out.
