Jason Millett
Group Deputy CEO
Jason is Deputy CEO for Mace Group, overseeing Mace’s strategy, growth, performance and delivery capabilities across the group. He leads strategic and operational oversight for Consult, Construct and Group Technical Services, with a focus on maximising the full benefits of our delivery capability, global teams, service excellence and construction expertise.
In his previous role as CEO for Consult, Jason spearheaded Consult’s ambitious growth strategy in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, and Europe, from property to infrastructure delivery to critical public services and works of global, national and local importance. He has led a relentless focus on serving our clients and communities – responding to the world’s huge demand for infrastructure and working with clients and governments on opportunities for unlocking infrastructure as a catalyst for economic growth and community prosperity.
Prior to joining Mace in 2008, Jason was CLM’s programme director for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, responsible for the delivery of the Games venues and the commercial closure of the most successful Olympics ever.
Leveraging more than 30 years of industry experience, and a talent for delivery and leading best-in-class global teams, Jason has been instrumental in numerous large projects, including the construction of Dubai Expo 2020, Mace’s work as commercial delivery partner to the UK’s Defence Equipment & Support organisation, and major mobility and transport schemes globally. Legacy, resilience and social value have always been at the heart of his approach.
Jason is passionate about building a more inclusive Mace and is Group Board sponsor for Mace’s Ethnic Diversity and Inclusion Group. As a Group Board member, he is championing our efforts to promote our services and expertise to governments, clients and partners across the world and has held roles on the Department of International Trade’s Advisory Group for Investment and more recently the Global Britain Commission.
Jason is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Project Management.
