Integrated resorts are more than ‘just hotels’; they are high-end destinations that incorporate many complex elements of the built environment.Gaming, shopping, dining and convention centres underpin a visitor’s experience,  but perhaps most importantly, each integrated resort is based on a vision - and that vision needs to be realised. 

Drawing upon decades of practical expertise in Southeast Asia, MaceTpm supported the delivery of the Hann Casino Resort in December 2021 . Sprawled out over 130, 000 square metres in the northwest of Manila, Hann Casino is Pampanga’s first fully integrated high-end resort and part of a wider luxury lifestyle development, which also features Clark Marriott and Swissôtel Clark. 

The exciting journey that led our MaceTpm consultants to the delivery of Hann Casino Resort began with the successful completion of Marriott Clark, ahead of schedule, in 2018. On the back of this project, Hann Group (formerly Widus Group) selected MaceTpm to deliver the Widus Expansion project, which evolved into the development as it is today.

MaceTpm’s consultants provided project management on the design, commercial, construction, planning, and documentation aspects of the project. Staying agile and outcome-focused was key as the team navigated several pandemic-related challenges along the way, including labour shortage, strict quarantine protocols and supply chain delays. To ensure on-time delivery, the lower ground level of the building was constructed simultaneously with the basement level.

Hann Casino Resort welcomed more than 5,000 visitors in the first four-hours of its soft opening on 15 December 2021. The gaming facilities include more than 780 slot machines, 62 gaming tables and 88 electronic and live dealer table game seats. In addition to the two 5-star hotels, Clark Marriott and Swissôtel Clark, the resort also houses a luxury retail area and 24-hour food and beverage service.

The Philippines is one of the fastest growing tourism destinations in Southeast Asia and an epicentre for gaming enthusiasts. With the doors to the Hann Casino Resort now open, Pampanga has its own Las Vegas-style luxury to attract visitors to the province.
