Design for construction
Our hands-on approach to design means that our team can produce all the technical submittals and strategic packaging for MEP installation, including liaising with manufacturers. We provide strategic input from early on in the design process so we can choose the right strategy for construction on site.

As we directly procure with the best MEP subcontractors we can draw on their expertise and investments in innovative construction techniques, including modular design and off-site manufacturing.

We pride ourselves on the great quality of our people. We have handpicked our MEP team for their technical knowledge and understanding of the overall construction process. We are used to being part of one integrated construction team, taking responsibility for design, coordination, planning and direct procurement of all plant and equipment.
We unpick procurement to drive value
We take a different approach to MEP procurement by leading the development and procurement process with tier 2 and 3 suppliers through early engagement. We then liaise with our client and their cost consultants to drive a competitive single or two-stage procurement process. Our specialist knowledge allows us to ‘unbundle’ the works package, removing layers of management and reducing costs.
