As the CEO for Construction, Andrew Jackson is at the forefront of changing the way we shape the built environment to become more productive and tech-enabled, delivering distinctive value for our clients.

With over 35 years’ experience in the industry, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and an infectious energy to his position. Since joining the organisation in 2015, Andrew has transformed Mace’s approach to delivering complex projects, driving Construct’s rapid growth to become London’s leading contractors and building its presence in a diverse range of sectors and geographies from data centres to life sciences.

In his previous role as COO for Construction, his laser focus on improving the engine’s processes, procedures and governance enhanced its quality, productivity, and health and safety performance. Under his leadership, Mace’s residential and international technology teams have created some of the world’s most iconic programmes, balancing rigour, governance, process and procedure.

Andrew is driven by helping others to succeed and has built countless high performing teams over his time in the industry. He is the Board Sponsor for Mace’s Emerging Talent and Talent Pathways schemes and sits on the industry-wide Construction Productivity Taskforce.
